Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for an Adjunct Professor for the online Applied Exercise Science Program. Specifically, the program is seeking adjunct faculty to teach the following courses: Kinesiology, Research Design & Statistics, and Exercise Physiology. Within applicant's cover letter, please clearly indicate which of the above courses there is content expertise. Responsibilities/Duties: * Engage with students' weekly discussion threads * Post supplemental content to aid in students' learning * Respond quickly to student communication * Provide specific, thorough feedback to student assessments * Other duties as assigned by the Program Lead and/or Chair Skill Sets: * Experience with learning management systems, preferred Blackboard * Experience with online pedagogy * Proficient with lecture recording to aid in online education * Superior communication skills; both written and verbal * Enthusiastic supporter of Lutheran higher education and Concordia University Chicago Minimum Experience Required: * Experience teaching in a Kinesiology/Exercise Science-related graduate program * Teaching online for a Higher Education program * Candidates must be committed to the mission and identity of Concordia University Chicago.
