Responsibilities of Brandman University full-time faculty include teaching, mentoring and service. Research is supported but not required. All Faculty positions are non-tenure track, normally hired at the rank of assistant professor. We offer competitive salaries with generous benefits.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Doctorate in a relevant discipline (Educational Leadership, Organizational Leadership or other related discipline)
* At least 5 years of experience in K-12 public schools
* Possession of a valid Clear California Administrative Services Credential
* Experience with design and facilitation of innovative online learning and academic technology
* Depth of understanding and experience related to the California Administrative Services Credential Program Standards (Preliminary and Clear) and working knowledge of the California Administrator Performance Assessment (CalAPA).
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Strong ability to collaborate
* Teaching experience in higher education
* Experience with WASC, CCTC, and/or other accreditation desired
