Position Requirements:
� Must possess a MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
� Completion of accredited Pulmonary training program
� BE/BC Sleep Medicine
� Knowledge of upper airway stimulation and phrenic nerve pacing is a plus
� Ability to acquire a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
