YOUR ROLE
- Coordinate the use of automated laboratory equipment, including robots, to provide formulations and testing as a service to internal product development groups
- Design and schedule laboratory activities according to standard procedures on automated equipment
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of laboratory tasks
- Ensure high standards of safety, 5S, laboratory organization and cleanliness
- Properly document laboratory work and communicate results to customers
- Monitor full utilization of laboratory services
- Develop good customer relations
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed Master's degree in the field of chemistry, mechanical engineering, etc., e.g., as a chemist (m/f/d), engineer (m/f/d) or comparable
- Ideally, 6 years of professional experience in the field of chemistry
- Experience in development and testing of adhesives desirable
- Open-mindedness, team spirit, hands-on mentality, and good communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and organizational skills
- Fluent English, German is an advantage
