YOUR ROLE

• Performing routine tests and analysis with focus on cleaners, lubricants, surface treatment, functional coatings etc.
• Maintaining technical expertise and skills matching the SBU/SU strategy
• Reporting of laboratory results and methods according to accepted standards and communicate to internal and external customers
• Taking quick action and providing response to customer routine test and providing qualified test report
• Conducting all laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, etc.
• Supporting product or process introduction directly at the customer's site
• Effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

• Having a bachelor or master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• 1 to 3 years of experience with excellent hands-on and equipment competency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Ability to understand products associated with assigned technologies
• Ability to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments
• Strong analytical thinking skills equipped with result-oriented & complex problem solving approach
