YOUR ROLE
  • Organization and coordination of production process relevant steps to start production at European and international contract manufacturers
  • Assurance that Henkel product requirements and specifications are fulfilled by the suppliers
  • Execution of 3PM supplier segmentation and supplier portfolio
  • Ensuring safety, health and environment compliance at supplier and follow up results of audits
  • Monitoring available vs. requested production capacities on short/mid/long term view and initiating the appropriate actions
  • Close cooperation with other functions within the European organization (Purchasing, Marketing, Materials Management, Product Development) in order to introduce new products and processes in time

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's Degree in Chemical, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field
  • Min. 3 years of professional work experience in the field of operations/manufacturing, project management or supply management from multinational stakeholders
  • Technical background, process improvement, people management and project management skills are beneficial
  • Practical experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent knowledge of English language is a must, German knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and handle challenging deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • B category driving licence
