YOUR ROLE
- Working as onsite support engineer for end user related topics
- Configuring and maintaining computers, mobile devices and software
- Responsible for hardware and software inventory
- Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation about end user activities
- Ensuring accurate safety stock and supporting purchase orders creation
- Creating and updating IT procedures and documentation
- Supporting data centre and managing network services activities
- Applying information security requirements
- Following incoming invoices from suppliers
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1-2 years of end user computing/helpdesk experience
- Windows server/client OS knowledge is desirable
- PC hardware & network and Information Security (ISO 27001) know-how is an additional asset
- Understanding of a multi-tier business and its technical architecture
- Digitalization-friendly mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
