YOUR ROLE
  • Expand Henkel's supply chain digital framework - Stretch boundaries of usage of ERP data originating from other functions such as Sales and Finance
  • Lead and develop advanced planning applications - Understand data analytics needs with main focus on Integrated Business Planning utilizing data across the supply network
  • Become a change maker to drive data-driven decisions - Fuel business growth and build supply chain resilience by making us less vulnerable to risk of disruptions
  • Spark an Agile revolution - Establish an environment of constant learning and change to ensure high user engagement, acceptance and adoption of newly implemented digital capabilities
  • Exhibit data-story telling and connect the dots - Meet deadlines and stakeholders expectations in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. physics, mathematics, computer science); Master's is an asset
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a data science or advanced analytics environment
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar field with a global CPG company or a consulting company that specializes in data applications for CPG companies
  • Deep hands-on experience in various data science areas (e.g. machine learning, Bayesian networks, statistics)
  • Excellent coding skills (e.g. Python, Spark, SQL). Advanced knowledge of Tableau data visualization suite
  • Prior experience with SAP modules viz. Sales and distribution, Controlling or Materials management is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mind-set
