Vice President, Health Care Delivery Sciences

This position is responsible for leading and supporting the academic and scholarly work related to innovations and advances in quality, patient and provider experience, informatics, analytics and outcomes research across the organization. This includes mentoring individuals across multiple clinical departments and teams and assisting key organizational leaders to identify and shape initiatives so they have local and scholarly impact. This will be done through the rigor of relevant research and use of implementation science tools, techniques, and methods.

The position will also be a critical thought and operational leader in developing and implementing collaboration and training in process improvement across departments and disciplines. Additionally, this role will help advance our evidence-based practices development, implementation and evaluation across the continuum. This role will bring important content expertise to the organization and will help to build NorthShore's capabilities in community-connected and -based outcomes research.

Required:

• MD or DO degree or PhD in a epidemiology, health services research, implementation science or other relevant field
• If MD or DO, Masters degree or higher with fellowship training in clinical epidemiology, health services research, or outcomes-related field
