Job Summary:

Serves as survey research methodologist and data collection task leader on assigned Talent Research and Evaluation projects and initiatives. Works closely with the Senior Program Manager and other key stakeholders and Talent Research / Employee Survey team members in the design, programming, implementation, and monitoring of research and survey activities. Responsible for ensuring quality and effectiveness of research and survey programming and implementation. Project manages research and survey initiatives as assigned.

Essential Duties:

Designs and programs surveys within the scope of Employee Survey Program and Talent Research and Evaluation.
Implements surveys and responsible for survey operations support, production reporting and data quality.
Ensures quality in programming and implementation of assigned survey and research activities.
Project manages and leads methodology, operations, and matrix team management on survey initiatives as assigned.
Directly performs and supports survey analysis planning, qualitative analysis, analytics and reporting. Collaborates with survey data and analysis team members and related stakeholders.
Routinely interacts and collaborates with Employee Survey Program matrix team and related stakeholders.
Sits on the Employee Survey Program and Talent Research teams as a core member and provides expertise, input, and contributes to the development and evolution of the programs.
Participates in co-authoring of white papers, technical reporting, and peer review journals as appropriate or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 8 years of experience, Masters degree and 6 years of experience, PhD and 1 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Survey Methodology preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience designing, programming, and implementing large scale surveys.
Minimum of 3 years' related project management / matrix management experience.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
Strong working knowledge of employee survey design with proficiency in multiple survey programming platforms.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communications, presentations, research and writing skills.
Commitment to service and team orientation.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytic ability for data, reporting and trends.
Ability to work well and collaboration across function, organization, and in external relations.
Innovative and progressive orientation with high sense of urgency and follow through.
