Summary of the role

You will combine an entrepreneurial spirit with a talent for organization and communication. You will play a key role in driving our commissioning, publishing, and promotion of articles to support the health and growth of our business, while maintaining a firm grip on the administrative side of program management. You will bring to bear your existing experience in publishing and will interact with editors, reviewers, and authors from around the world supportively and persuasively as you work on journal management.

How you will make an impact:

  • Contribute to publishing strategy and public relations to explore key opportunities, as well as opportunities for digital growth
  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of existing titles within the program
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Content, Marketing, Production, and Sales, to ensure titles are published successfully to agreed schedules and budgets

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience of the publishing process and dealing with authors
  • Good understanding of academic publishing and a strong commercial outlook
