Residential Services provides accommodation for around 7,000 students in either self-catered halls or catered halls located at different sites, both on and off-campus. As well as providing residential services for students we also provides conference facilities for both day meetings in term-time and residential conferences in vacation periods.
We are seeking an organised and professional individual who can bring their excellent customer service, high standards and administration skills to the role to support with the smooth running of one of our residences.
You will be responsible for assisting the Residence Manager in providing an efficient service and excellent experience to residents. You will assist in establishing a level of service that will deliver high standards of comfort, cleaning and maintenance that are responsive to residents needs and cost-effective.
You will be comfortable dealing with a wide variety of customers, able to make decisions using your initiative and have good communication and leadership skills.
You will deputise and take responsibility for running the Residence at times when the Residence Manager is absent from post.
