Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in Valencia area looking for a Chemist to work with the Quality Control team for a health food and supplements company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various physical and chemical tests on various types of supplement materials. Responsibilities for this Chemist position include, but are not limited to:
Performs physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, finished products, stability and special samples using wet chemical and major instrumentation. Documents all raw data and results as required Responsible for the preparation and standardization of materials used in chemical analyses. Conducts scheduled calibration of laboratory instrumentation Performs general laboratory duties including cleaning and maintenance of work area and checking notebooks. To be considered for this Chemist position, you:
4-year college degree in Chemistry or similar related science 1-year related laboratory experience required Knowledge of system related LIMS system (laboratory information management software) is preferred. Able to use various lab testing equipment SOP and GMP knowledge a plus
