Emory University School of Law seeks to hire a Lecturer in Law for the Spring 2021 semester and an additional academic year (2022-2023) with the potential for renewal. While Lecturers teach a minimum of one course per semester, this position will teach two courses in Spring 2021. In the following academic year, the lecturer will teach a minimum of one course per semester with the possibility of a second course each semester. Lecturers may be required to teach online or in-person and at any level for the Juris Doctor degree as well as the Juris Master degree. Candidates should have experience teaching in the following areas with the possibility of assignments in additional areas as well:Commercial Law (specifically Secured Transactions)Corporate Law (specifically Business Associations) Candidates must have a J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree, a distinguished academic record, and experience teaching at an accredited school of law.
