  • Supervises and manages student workers.
  • Maintains student data and controls record management.
  • Maintains registrations statistics school-wide.
  • Prepares correspondence and mass mailings.
  • Manages Dean's calendar and travel arrangements
  • Manages travel arrangements and accommodations for faculty on recruiting trips.
  • Coordinates the School of Business Event Calendar.
  • Schedules meetings, distributes agendas, and takes minutes. Orders food/beverages accordingly (Faculty Meetings).
  • Prepares and distributes contracts for all lecturers and professional associates.
  • Maintains, tracks, and distributes operating budget.
  • Prepares corporate credit card reports and reimbursement forms for the Dean
  • Calculates and tracks Faculty Travel Budget.
  • Enters faculty (new hires, course assignments) in FLAC when back-up is required.
  • Enters student permits and authorizations in FLAC when back-up is required.
