*Position Description:*

The UCLA Anderson School of Management is among the leading business schools in the world, providing management education to approximately 2,300 full-time and professional MBA, MFE, MSBA and PhD students; delivering executive education programs and conducting research that advances thought leadership in business and impacts the practice of management. The Anderson School consists of over 150 ladder and other professional faculty, 2,300 graduate students, 250 undergraduate students, and approximately 300 staff.

UCLA Anderson has embarked on the largest strategic planning mission in the School's 86-year history. The business school landscape has changed dramatically over the past decade, forcing schools to compete on levels unparalleled from the past. With the formation of the Strategic Planning Committee, the Anderson School intends to both adjust to changing market dynamics as well as continue towards excellence by instilling a culture of continuous evolution and improvement through the creation of the Business Transformation Office. The Business Transformation Office will be tasked with evaluating the following areas: 1) MBA and Specialty Masters programs, 2) Curriculum Improvements, 3) Centers ? their function and integration into the larger school, 4) Employer relations, 5) Faculty & Staff Climate, and 6) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. The Assistant Dean of the Business Transformation Office will act as one of the School's key business strategists, tasked with strategic formation, plan execution, and constant improvement through measurable milestones. The Assistant Dean is responsible for synthesizing clear takeaways from complex information and formulating actionable strategies for improvement.
