ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day. 2.
Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate. 3.
Physical and mental assessment of hospital and emergency room patients. 4.
Initiation of proper emergency care. 5.
Notification of physician and family on admission and reporting significant changes during hospitalization. 6.
Receiving and carrying out physicians orders. 7.
Assisting physicians with medical procedures. 8.
Safety and correctly performing all procedures within the scope of nursing practices. 9.
Knowledge of medication dosages, routes, and actions. 10.
Careful administration of medication ordered. 11.
Reordering and stocking supplies and medications as needed. 12.
Observes universal precautions, following guidelines and policies 13.
Recognition, initiation, observation of special precautions. 14.
Maintaining a clean, organized work area. 15.
Identification of patient needs, planning and implementation of care. 16.
Direct assistance with patient mobility, hygiene, and ADLs. 17.
Assuring that all records required for admission, consent, discharge etc., are completed. 18.
Complete and accurate documentation of assessments, vital signs, observations, situations and events. 19.
Courteous, while promoting healing and holistic approach to patient care. 20.
Formal and informal teaching of patients, families and staff within scope of practice. WAGE RANGE: $32.00 - $43.93
RN: $10,000 Sign-On and Retention Bonus; Three year agreement.$5,000 with first paycheck$2,000 at year 1$2,000 at year 2$1,000 at year 3
