HVAC & Refrigeration Faculty

Overview:
HVAC PROFESSIONALS - SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE BY BECOMING AN HVAC INSTRUCTORWe are seeking experienced HVAC professionals to become either a part-time or full time Instructor. ATI instructors are responsible for delivering quality, student-centered, hands-on, active instruction in order to prepare our students for success.

Qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities: Provide practical hands-on instruction to create an engaging learning environment. Employ instructional technology and active learning approaches in order to enhance the learning experience and achieve learning outcomes. Evaluate student academic performance using a variety of assessments and techniques. Participate in scheduled ATI activities. Stay current in subject matter through professional development. All other duties assigned.Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent 5 or more years of recent work experience in the repair and/or installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Experience with distance learning or learning management systems (LMS) preferred Current EPA Certifications. Other appropriate technical certification or licensure (if required). Skills/Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication Ability to work with a variety of learning styles and skill levels Strong time management skills and detail-orientation Working knowledge of computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new computer software Experience with distance learning or learning management systems (LMS) preferredAdvanced Technology Institute (ATI) is a nationally ranked private institution offering Associate Degree, Diploma, and Certification in Automotive Technology, Diesel/Heavy Vehicle Technology, HVAC Technology, Maritime Welding Technology and Tractor Trailer Driving.
