The Psychology Department at Valparaiso University is offering a continuing, full-time, non-tenure track position for a teaching-focused individual beginning in January 2022. Candidates with expertise in any specialty area of psychology are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate must demonstrate an interest in teaching introductory psychology lectures/labs. Other course assignments could include classes related to professional development, or advanced lecture and laboratory courses in the specialty area of the candidate. Ideally, individuals must have earned a doctorate in an area of psychology by the position start date, but ABD applicants will be considered. Candidates should be interested in working at a university engaged in issues in Christian higher education in the Lutheran tradition.
