Stone Academy's Practical Nursing program offers clinical experiences in a variety of area facilities with diverse populations to prepare our future LPNs for entry-level positions in both acute and long-term care settings.
Education Requirements:
- BSN, or MA (MSN) in Nursing. Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- Minimum three (3 ) years of RN Registered Nurse clinical skills
Job Requirements:
Nursing Instructor Responsibilities:
- Utilize your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills as you lead, coach, and mentor student nurses at assigned clinical locations.
- Deliver methods on ground that measure student progress toward course objectives.
- Evaluate student performance consistently.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques.
