YOUR ROLE

• Become a core team member of the central strategy team for the industrials business for about six months
• Opportunity to work in a integrated "digital x strategy" team to learn about how we translate data analytics into impact
• Learn about how we manage and steer our business globally and translate them into data models and systems
• Get to know adhesive technologies and industrials business as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel
• Support the global strategy team by working on strategic projects
• Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations to top management

YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business-related fields, preferably in the area of business administration
• At least one prior internship in a leading strategic consultancy or in a strategy department of a leading corporation
• Fluent English language skills
• Expert in PowerPoint and Excel, proficiency in SQL or Python or PySpark is advantageous
• Strong interests in how to translate data and business strategy into impact
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commit to a 4- to 6-month internship in the course of 2022
