Early Childhood Education Instructor

We are recruiting experienced early childhood educators and leaders to teach in our Bachelor of Arts program for Early Childhood education.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentoring and coaching to practicum students,
  • Acclimate to the climate site and collaborate with supervisor professionals.
  • Use formative and summative assessment forms which require ongoing communication with students and supervisor professionals.
  • Reviews lesson & unit plans designed by UMass Global and ECE students.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or Child Development,
  • Three years of experience working directly with children ages zero to eight
  • Recent experience (within last 5 years) working in the early childhood education profession, knowledge of theory and practice of child growth and development
