Ecolab is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide additional Quality Assurance support to process validations, SOP development and implementation, customer audit readiness, Quality System maintenance, daily quality operations, and continuous improvement for the new Life Sciences division.

What You Will Do:
Own and drive quality related projects through to completion in collaboration with both the Greensboro based and St. Paul based Life Sciences teams.

Identify areas for improvement or gaps in the division development based on previous experience in regulated industries.

Support daily quality operations such as Quality System management, training, document review, data trending and analysis, and audits.

Monitor compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

First shift

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering related field -AND-

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience working in a cGMP or ISO compliant environment

Experience with process validation, SOP development and implementation, Quality Systems, training, or audits

Practical understanding of chemistry and / or microbiology
