We are looking to appoint an Administrators to join our growing Disability Services Team, to provide administrative support and to a high standard of accuracy, working sensitively with confidential information in order to deliver an excellent service to disabled students.
The Administrator will be solution focused with the ability to constantly improve the service we provide for students, their parents/carers, University staff and external stakeholders. You will be working as part of the wider Disability Services team to support the team, adopting a flexible approach to delivering work objectives in a collaborative way.
What will you be doing?
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the University's commitment to working with disabled students and University staff, working within the Administration & Support Team.
The role holders will gather and sense check data to support Disability Services' migration to Microsoft Dynamics and be experienced in managing confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR regulations.
The Administrator will contribute to the smooth operation of Disability Services, including contacting students to offer information, as well as relaying key data to other parts of the university and external parties involved in supporting disabled students.
The role holders will take part in a variety of tasks as requested by the Senior Administrator, adapting to the fluctuating needs of the team throughout the academic year, whilst having a positive and solution focused approach to the challenges and opportunities that you will be presented with daily.
