*Essential Job Duties:*Conduct research in the field of toxicology using new automated microscopy systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute laboratory experiments in toxicology and immunotoxicology using in vivo (zebrafish) and in vitro (human cell culture) models. Organize and execute toxicology-based experiments to evaluate computer automated in vivo imaging of zebrafish embryos to manual imaging of embryos. Organize and execute immunotoxicology-based experiments to evaluate the impact of PFAS exposure on zebrafish embryos and human cell lines. Maintain multiple zebrafish lines and human cell culture lines. Supervise undergraduate student researchers.
*Work Schedule:*M-F, 8-5. (this schedule may vary depending on work load and may include weekend and evening hours)
