Reporting to the Executive Director, Established Products (EP) Business Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the HQ implementation of Gilead's EP global business plan in an effort to optimize the EP portfolio P&L. Gilead currently defines EPs as products without label-enhancing evidence generation to be initiated, or patent expiration (whichever comes first).
Lead evaluation of distributors/partners of relevant EPs, align with P&L holders and implement plan
Develop and implement the EP-specific processes and governance
Support the ED in development of long-term EP vision & KPIs
Develop and implement the EP competency roadmap and playbook across the three (3) categories: invest, harvest, divest/exit
Assume leadership of the Project Team Established Products

Experience & Track Record
We're seeking an influential business leader with:
A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 14 years' experience. 12 years' experience with an advanced degree (MBA, MS Analytics, PhD, etc.)
P&L management experience, ideally for established products with a focus on closely managing expenses across S&M, COGS, etc.
Strong track record in implementing plans in complex environments
Global experience working with or in multiple key markets
Experience in collaborating with many functions such as manufacturing, regulatory, clinical development, value & access, medical affairs
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement global business plans, new processes, and competencies
Advanced analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to identify business and/or P&L opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations to management and across functional areas
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence, motivate and persuade others; skilled facilitator, negotiator and counselor
