Digital Education Officer (Analytics and Engagement)

The University of Leeds Digital Education Service (DES) is an award-winning provider of online education through global platforms. We are looking for a digitally focussed professional to support the analysis and delivery of a growing portfolio of online courses.

In this varied and interesting role, you will support evaluation and continuous process improvement of the Service's online courses by processing data and producing reports to present insights. This role will also involve supporting educators in the delivery of online classes to diverse audiences, providing administrative and technical support, and supporting our Engagement and Comms team in reaching our learners.

You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, be communicative, organised, flexible and committed, with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, some experience in a learning technology setting (broadly construed), an interest in data, and an aptitude for picking up new systems and software.
