As we embark on an ambitious Digital Transformation, we are investing in our IT Service, which is key to developing our learning and research capability as we strive to collaborate across the globe, tackling global issues.

You will be an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of supporting teams with the adoption of Agile Principles and successful delivery of sprints on multiple workstreams.

You will lead the Scrum Team to perform to the highest level possible, working with the Product Owner to maximise return on investment. This will ultimately involve removing impediments preventing progression, facilitating meetings and working with the Product Owner to ensure that the Product Backlog is prepared and ready for the next Sprint.

You will have experience in delivering a diverse range of IT solutions using Agile across the full range of IT Service areas. We are at the start of our Agile journey, you will ideally have experience introducing and embedding Agile, and supporting colleagues in its adoption.
