Job Description
Cytek Biosciences is a leading manufacturer and supplier of flow cytometry products and services. As a fast-growing company, Cytek aims to provide complete solutions for advanced cellular analysis. We are seeking a motivated candidate who can assist in new reagent, assay, and systems development and testing. The candidate should be able to design and execute experiments, while working independently following protocols or instructions. In addition, the candidate must have good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Follow instructions required to carry out flow cytometry experiments using biological samples
  • Follow existing and draft new SOPs and documents required to carry out reagent, assay, and instrument development and testing
  • Perform data analysis and summarize data for review
  • Design experiments to trouble shoot if necessary
  • Give presentations in group meetings and with customers
  • Perform and document fluorescent conjugated Ab testing
  • Perform study protocol writing, SOP development, any associated documentation.
  • Assist in lab management

Experience and Qualifications:
  • PhD or equivalent in Life Sciences.
  • 3-5 -years related experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology R&D or a Contract Research Organization environment.
  • Hands-on experience in general lab techniques such as handling human blood samples, cryopreserved cells, cell culture, operating common lab equipment, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in using flow cytometry for immunological research, cellular immune phenotyping and other applicable cell-based assays is required
  • Experience in all aspects of flow cytometry assay design, development, validation, documentation, and deployment is required
  • Experience with LDT validation and documentation is required
  • Experience working in a regulated environment such as GLP/GMP environment is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate in a team setting
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic matrixed environment while delivering high quality reliable work
  • Proficient in applying new analytical techniques and algorithms for flow cytometry analysis.
  • Proficient in MS office
