A postdoctoral research fellow position is available in the Pachynski Laboratory at Washington University School of Medicine. Our work focuses on studying molecular and cellular mechanisms involved with leukocyte trafficking in the tumor microenvironment, with a translational slant and, ultimately, the goal to produce novel immunotherapeutics that can easily and quickly be translated into the clinic. We are taking novel approaches by utilizing a number of delivery strategies (eg nanoparticles, viruses, fusion proteins, etc.) to target various chemoattractants to sites of tumor. In addition, we study the neoantigen expression in various tumor types in the setting of human clinical trials and combination immunotherapies and collaborate with the broader Immunology community here at Washington University.

Candidates with extensive background in immunology, molecular biology techniques, mouse tumor models and flow cytometry are preferred. Interested candidates with PhD, M.D or MD-PhD with a strong background in immunology or tumor immunology - apply today!

Washington University is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, genetic information, disability, or protected veteran status.
