YOUR ROLE
  • Exciting position in our Product Development Team in the modern Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf for Reactive Hotmelt Adhesives with focus on the Furniture and Building Components Industry
  • Technical lead of product development projects within the ADP process
  • Coordination of the industrialization of new products including scale-ups and costumer trials
  • Identification of opportunities for new technologies, products or performance improvements; including search for new raw material solutions
  • Acting as an ambassador for the scientific community of Henkel Adhesive Technologies both internally and externally
  • Steering and facilitating knowledge sharing and supporting project teams in solving problems

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Chemistry, preferably in Polymer Chemistry
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the polyurethane or adhesive industry
  • Experience in project management, in sustainability topics or advanced knowledge in polymer testing methods is a plus
  • Creative and innovative person, who is ambitious with excellent analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
