  • Voorgraadse onderrig in Operasionele Navorsing, Besigheidsanalise en Inligtingstelsels vir Besigheid;
  • Nagraadse onderrig en toesig;
  • Vakverwante navorsing met die doel om verder te studeer en te publiseer;
  • Die lewering van toepaslike dienste aan die Universiteit en die gemeenskap.
  • Undergraduate teaching in Operations Research, Business Analytics and Information Systems for Business;
  • Postgraduate teaching and supervision;
  • Subject-related research with the aim to further studies and publication;
  • Rendering of relevant services to the University and the community.
  • 'n Toepaslike meestersgraad;
  • Navorsingsuitsette op die gebied van Operasionele Navorsing en/of Besigheidsanalise;
  • Goeie mondelinge, skriftelike en onderrigvaardighede in Engels en Afrikaans;
  • Basiese rekenaargeletterdheid, met die vermoë om verskeie Microsoft-programme te gebruik (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ens.);
  • Programmerings-ervaring in R, Python of Java;
  • Goeie administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede;
  • Die vermoë om in 'n meertalige omgewing te funksioneer.
  • A relevant Master's degree;
  • Research outputs in the field of Operations Research and/or Business Analytics;
  • Sound verbal, written and lecturing abilities in English and Afrikaans;
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Coding experience in R, Python or Java;
  • Good administrative and organisational skills;
  • The ability to function in a multilingual environment.
  • Meestersgraad in Operasionele Navorsing;
  • Sterk akademiese rekord en prestasies;
  • Bedryfs- of onderrigervaring op die gebied van Operasionele Navorsing, Besigheidsanalise of Datawetenskap;
  • Bereidwilligheid om in te skryf vir 'n PhD;
  • Deelname by internasionale akademiese konferensies;
  • Kennis van die Moodle (SUNLearn) platform;
  • Kennis van enige van die volgende sagteware: Anylogic, PowerBI, Vensim of NetLogo;
  • Publikasie in hoogaangeskrewe akademiese joernale.
  • Master's degree in Operations Research;
  • Strong academic record and achievements;
  • Industry or teaching experience in the field of Operations Research, Business Analytics, or Data Science;
  • Willingness to enrol for a PhD;
  • Participating at international academic conferences;
  • Knowledge of the Moodle (SUNLearn) platform;
  • Knowledge of any of the following software: Anylogic, PowerBI, Vensim or NetLogo;
  • Publication in highly rated academic journals.
