Hiring Range: $3,956.34/monthly*THIS IS A GRANT-FUNDED POSITION LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE TENNESSEE.**JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, this position is a member of the COE interdisciplinary team and works with the COE, staff, and trainees to provide consultation services and trainings regarding mental health to personnel, families, and community members. Interacts with employees in service agencies across the region and state, with community health providers, and with staff of other COEs. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*:
Participates in multi-disciplinary staffing. Gathers and reviews client records. Develops, summarizes, and reviews patient records. Provides consultation services to personnel at various community agencies and health service providers regarding mental health issues.Assisting in administrative duties as needed. Develops and provides trainings to professionals, families, and various community members. Networks and builds relationship with other social service agencies and health providers.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*: *EDUCATION:* Master's degree counseling, mental health, or a related field. *(TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED) **EXPERIENCE:* One (1) year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. (Prior experience with the child welfare systems is preferred, as is previous experience with working in an interdisciplinary setting and with community networking).
