*Job Title:*Economics Adjunct Faculty (POOL)
*Job Description:*The primary function of this adjunct faculty position is to teach economics courses; specifically, ECO 2013 and ECO 2023. Also, development and implementation of curriculum must meet GCSC and local industry standards.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to work with online tools and resources, and attend regularly scheduled face-to-face classes are essential functions of this position.
This position is sensitive and will require a criminal background check.

*Essential Duties Summary:*•Design, update, revise, and maintain curriculum, including course design, when applicable, for face-to-face, hybrid, and distance learning modalities utilizing resources consist with and approved by full-time faculty.
•Ensure program alignment and compliance with FLDOE curriculum framework; GCSC Strategic Plan and college policies.
•Work with other faculty members to coordinate, evaluate, and recommend program updates and changes.
•Other professional duties include; but not limited to: preparing and grading tests and homework assignments, looking for ways to improve delivery in class and online formats, and updating course information on our course management system.
*Required Qualifications:*Master's degree in Business-related field with 18 graduate semester hours in Economics from a regionally accredited college or university.
