Do you want to further your career in one of the UK's leading research intensive Universities?

As a Research Assistant, you will work directly with your academic research team (Professor Nicholas Wilson, Professor Abdul Mohamed and Professor Shima Amini) assisting them mainly with data collection of their research project about long term performance of Private Equity backed companies. With guidance, supervision and support from your research team, you will be involved in activities which help to develop and progress the research project.

The role will offer you the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and skills whilst also developing skills such as communication, organisation and team-working.

You will also gain from exposure to senior academics and involvement in active research environment.

The role would be of particular interest to candidates with an interest in a future academic career as you will be working closely with academic researchers on a day-to-day basis, working within an active research environment.
