Deliver high quality infrastructure solutions for the University of Adelaide.

The Infrastructure Delivery Lead leads and manages a small team of IT Project Officers and is responsible for the project delivery of high quality Audio Visual, Network, Client Computing and other ICT related services to the University. The positon manages ITDS infrastructure related projects and ensures their timely delivery in accordance with business requirements and best practice project methodology.The position also fosters and builds relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.

To be successful you will need:
  • Extensive demonstrated experience and a proven track record in IT Operations
  • Expert understanding of technology with desktops, laptops, peripheral, network, server, audio visual and mobile devices and associated software applications.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in managing end user computing, trends and best practices, and support processes and procedures.
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment and ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of users.
  • Experience working with external parties and non-technical stakeholders.
