YOUR ROLE

• Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
• Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
• Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
• Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
• Process expert in extrusion and batch compounding or automation
• Ability to design and implement solutions using CAD (Solidworks)
• Continuous improvement Working knowledge of SPC and application

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• CAD (Solidworks or transferable skill set)
• PLC (working knowledge)
• Ability to work with teams to establish solutions and implementation
• Must be able to lead groups.
