Machining Technology Instructor
The Dauphin County Technical School invites applications for a Machining Technology Instructor (CIP Code 48.0501) position starting immediately. Applicants must have the ability to teach all aspects of manual machining, CNC machining, and Solidworks and MasterCam software. National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certification is a plus but not required. The successful candidate must also be able to relate well with high-school aged students, work independently and prepare lessons that support students learning and skill development. The candidate must have at least four years paid work experience as a machinist and be willing to complete necessary coursework to earn a vocational teaching certification, or currently possess a PA Vocational Teaching Certificate. Prior teaching experience is not required. Salary dependent upon experience. Full benefits package.
