The Department of Neurology at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University, is seeking General Neurologists with an interest in stroke, multiple sclerosis, headache, or general neurology. Non-tenure track appointments will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor) and salary commensurate with experience.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing patient care; teaching students and residents in classroom and clinical settings; and maintaining an active research program.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or equivalent; board certification or eligibility in Neurology and completion of fellowship training at the time of appointment; and eligibility for licensure in the District of Columbia and Virginia. Applicants must provide evidence of excellence in clinical care, research and education.
