The Organizational Psychology (OP) programs at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), Alliant International University (Alliant) follow a professional practice model, emphasizing core competencies that integrate theory, research, and practice in training practitioners for local and global careers. We offer doctoral and master's degrees in OP at three campuses in California and have one of the largest OP programs in the nation. Our graduates are employed in diverse organizations, from for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations, consulting firms and educational institutions. Alliant is a non-profit university accredited by WASC. Our faculty members are active in the American Psychological Association, Organization Development Network, the Academy of Management, and other regional and national associations.
Fresno Campus Opening: We are currently recruiting for one full time open rank core faculty position in Organizational Psychology at our Fresno campus, commencing Summer 2021. The Fresno campus offers a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Psy.D. degree in Organization Development, both of which are offered in a weekend, executive format.
All candidates should have a strong interest in teaching in a practitioner-oriented graduate program and preferably have an active program of applied research. The chosen candidate will teach, advise, and supervise doctoral and master's level students in our programs. Additionally, the chosen candidate will be expected to write for professional publications and conduct research. The principles of internationalism, multiculturalism, workforce diversity, and inclusion are core values in the university, and faculty are expected to model, reinforce, and integrate these values in their work as well as their interactions with our students and colleagues from a wide range of cultural groups and nationalities.

- Other Duties & Responsibilities Required of All Faculty - Certain duties are additionally required of all faculty and are not given formal workload credit but will be included in yearly evaluations. These include but are not limited to:
- Active participation in campus life to sustain a high level of facilitated learning
- Participation in program governance, including program-based committees
- Active participation in program and campus activities (including scheduled and impromptu meetings of faculty, staff, and students)
- Picking up and promptly responding to paper, voice and electronic mail and messages

- Regular accessibility either by person, by telephone and/or virtually to students, colleagues, and the greater University community
- Posting of teaching schedules, office hours, and procedures for making appointments on the faculty member's door, online and on syllabi

- Responding in a timely fashion to students' requests for meetings, to telephone calls, and to e-mail communications
- Carrying an advising load of up to fourteen students (depending on size of the program and the judgment of the Program Director)

Minimum Qualifications for the statistics/research design position:
- Education: Doctoral degree in organizational psychology, organization development, organizational behavior, or closely related field from an accredited college or university;
- Experience: Relevant training and experience in the field of organization development, including change management, organizational consulting, organizational behavior, and leadership; an established record of scholarship, and teaching experience with adult learners.
