Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Faculty physician to join IU's Methodist Family Medicine Center in downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis is the country's 17th largest city.

Job Description:
  • Full Time
  • Physician will be 70% clinical and 30% academic
  • Precept IU Methodist's Family Medicine residents
  • If desired, ability to provide inpatient hospitalist services and/or L&D services
  • Call: Nurse triage handles vast majority of call
  • Provides care for a mixed patient population of all ages
  • Must be comfortable working with advanced providers
  • Procedures can include, but not limited to: simple skin surgery, sports medicine, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, etc.
  • Physicians are faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at IU School of Medicine
  • Opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education

Qualifications:
  • Residents, fellows, and practicing physicians encouraged to apply
  • DO or MD
  • BE / BC
  • Ability to acquire Indiana license
  • Visa sponsorship available: H1B

Compensation:
