Job Summary
Purdue Polytechnic Institute, Department of Computer and Information Technology invites applications for Tenure Track Faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor for the West Lafayette campus in the area of Cybersecurity and Systems Analysis and Design.
Responsibilities include to develop an active research program in these areas as well as participate in both undergraduate and graduate course delivery and development in related topics as the department builds on its long-standing systems analysis and design, project management, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and cyberphysical security undergraduate and graduate education programs. Additionally, the hire will be expected to participate actively in Purdue's systems analysis and design, project management, cybersecurity, cyber and digital forensics, cyberphysical security, information security and cyber education programs and engage across campus in related endeavors.
Qualifications
A PhD Degree in cybersecurity, computer and information technology, or a related field by the start of employment is required. Responsibilities also include engagement with industry, the community, and colleagues within the computing discipline. Purdue Polytechnic Institute is a college within Purdue University.
