Requirements: It is the purpose of the Faculty member at Florida National University to provide quality instruction and career advisement to all students. The faculty also is responsible for maintaining grades and for the development of course objectives, outline, syllabi, and course competencies. Follow all FNU Policies,
Procedures, Rules and Regulation and the FNU Code of Ethics. As well as, Title IX, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, as amended from time to time ("FERPA"), Florida Information Protection Act of 2014, as amended from time to time ("FIPA"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation as amended from time to time

(GDPR) and all other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations

Reporting Relationship: Faculty Member shall report to the Director of Nursing

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reads, understands and complies with the University's mission, the catalog, the University's policies and procedures, the Faculty Handbook, the institutional effectiveness process and the FBON guidelines.

2. Respond to communications (e-mail, voice mail) on a daily basis.
3. Provides appropriate level of instruction that reflects the use of Evidence-based Practice in all MSN courses

4. Provides quality instruction and continuous mentorship for all students online, hybrid or on campus.
5. Ensures the assessment of students learning outcomes per course and provides specific measurement parameters to evaluate these outcomes.

6. Conducts classes for the scheduled amount of hours assigned to each class meeting.
7. Models appropriate attendance for his/her students.
8. Demonstrates evidence of professional growth through participation in continuing education, research or related activities.

9. Reports to the Registrar's office all grades and submits reports on a timely fashion.
10. Attends all faculty meetings, professional development functions and University committees to which they have been assigned.

11. Performs the administrative duties pertaining to the preparation of Syllabi and participation in the program self-studies and/or accreditation standards fulfillment

12. Works with the librarians in the establishment and weeding of the library program and course collection development.

13. Performs any special project assigned by the President or the DON of the program
14. Demonstrates leadership skills that can motivate students, staff and other faculties
15. 16- Performs all other duties designed to maintain sustainability of the program as assigned
16. Participate in the self-studies and committees conducted by the University.
17. Support and participate in University Commencement Ceremonies.
18. Performs any special project assigned by the President or supervisor.
19. Perform other duties as assigned
20. Ensure they are in compliance with Title IX of Education Amendments Act of 1972.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
