*Position Summary:*The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking qualified candidates at the tenure/tenure track Associate Professor faculty rank to teach, research, and serve in the area of Real Estate Finance.
*Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:*The position requires a doctorate (or foreign equivalent) granted in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
*Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:*Successful applicants will have strong research skills and be expected to publish research in top-tier academic journals. Successful applicants will have an established history of teaching excellence in Real Estate Finance at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels, an established record of publishing in top-tier Finance and/or Economics academic journals, and demonstrated leadership in the field of Real Estate Economics (e.g., editorial or board positions in academic Real Estate journals and societies, etc.).
