The Department of Radiological Sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is currently recruiting for a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor for the Magnetic Resonance Research Lab (MRRL) program in the Adjunct Series or in-Residence Series (in-Res.). Titles in these series are assigned to academically qualified individuals who are in full-time service of the University, who are excellent in research publication and teaching. UCLA, a well-known leader MR imaging, offers a robust, stimulating and stable environment for academic careers in MR imaging.

For the in-Res. Series, high academic achievement in the form of publications and/or grant funding are required.

Candidates must hold a PhD degree relating to MR imaging and have research experience in this area. A history of leadership, a strong interest and capability in research and grant funding are needed. The areas of particular interest are cardiac MR imaging, MR imaging in the field of neuromodulation and neural control of disease. Innovative imaging techniques in cardiovascular, neurological, and oncologic MR imaging are the strategic directions in the Department.
