Responsibilities of the Senior Research Associate, In Vivo Immunology:
- Generating pharmacology data to support the progression of immunology pipelines.
- Conducting in vivo work from mouse handling, monitoring, dosing, injections, blood and tissue collection.
- Perform ex vivo analysis and immunoassays such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, and Luminex.
- Work in conjunction with partnered CROs.
- Other responsibilities include operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, planning and performing laboratory experiments, and accurate, timely record keeping and data analysis.
Requirements of the Senior Research Associate, In Vivo Immunology:
- BS/MS in life science related discipline with minimum 2+ years' experience in academic or ideally industry lab setting.
- Demonstrated experience with mouse models and performing routine in vivo analysis.
- Experience with IP injections, tumor measurements, and tissue collection.
- Immunology background and familiarity with flow cytometry or multi-color flow.
- Experience with other immunoassays is helpful.
- Must be ok working in a small team and fast paced environment.
