About the Role:

The Academy Experience Manager is responsible for supporting all learners within the Academy who are from the mthree, The Software Guild and Reskill Programs. This includes overseeing the operations of the Academy and ensuring the creation and execution of standardized procedures to deliver a world-class experience. The core focus of the role is to ensure that the learner's experience, throughout the entire Academy and Post-Academy, is a positive one. Additionally, the Academy Operations Manager, as part of the wider Emerging Talent Operations team will, where necessary, support students in Academy training on Alumni and Reskill training.

How you will make an impact:
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Team to ensure consistent flow for the Enrollment processes.
  • Manage Academy experience from the time of enrollment through job placement including cohort onboarding & orientation, tracking learner progress, managing rewards & recognition presentations and coordinating experience surveys.
  • Coordinate with instructors on learner status to ensure proper pacing and disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Notify peer teams and leadership of learner drops and facilitate removing them from systems.
  • Collect learner feedback from each cohort, collate results, and report to key leadership for curriculum and process improvement.
  • Assist in developing an Individual Learner Summary for each learner which is presented to them when they leave Academy or join a new employer.
  • Contribute to Post-Academy Engagement activities with Career Service, Talent and Sales teams for bench candidates.
  • Maintain and structure alumni relations to continue to develop and drive brand awareness.
  • Tracking learner data and outcomes, including reporting for the Council on Integrity in Results Reporting (CIRR).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and contribute to annual license renewal needs.
  • Develop and manage events to match learners with potential employers with the Career Services team.
  • Create, manage, and execute SOPs for tasks associated with Academy cohorts and Post-Academy Engagement.
  • Academy and Bench reporting and management through R/A/G reporting.
  • Managing budgets including materials, events, and various invoicing.

  • Have strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Have previous budgeting & excel experience.
  • Are detail oriented.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce & PowerPoint.
