We are looking for a proactive researcher to contribute to the research project Designing human resource management practices to improve the wellbeing of healthcare workers from BAME backgrounds in the context of COVID-19.
You will work closely with Prof Lynda Song (Principal Investigator), Dr Aleksandra Irnazarow, and the rest of the research team to support project management activities, research activities, and impact and engagement activities, in line with the project's strategic objectives.
You will make a valuable and significant contribution to the research team, and you will have opportunities for professional development.
