The West Virginia University Reed College of Media seeks an energetic, innovative faculty member for an Assistant or Associate Professor in Digital Marketing Communication with a negotiable start date no later than August 2022.
The College of Media developed some of the first online masters degrees focused on Marketing Communications and remains at the forefront of education in this space. Ideal candidates should have extensive digital marketing communication experience with a passion for search engine optimization, organic and paid search, display marketing, social media marketing, marketing automation, content marketing, multi-channel analytics, always-on campaigns, and desktop and mobile user experiences.
Primary teaching assignments will include courses in the Digital Marketing Communication Master's Program, with additional responsibilities for curriculum innovation and development.
Qualifications
Candidates with a Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field are desired; however, candidates with a Bachelor's degree and substantial, recent digital advertising and/or integrated marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
