Required Qualification + Associate's degree in Baking, Pastry, or related. Desired Qualifications + 3-5 years industry experience + Specialty pastry skills - yeast breads including sourdoughs, rye, specialty breads, and specialty diets (gluten free, allergen free, etc.) + Teaching experience + Bilingual in Spanish and English Posting Date 11/02/2021 Closing Date 06/30/2022 Expected Start Date 01/10/2022 Special Instructions Summary Applications are currently being accepted for the spring semester of 2022 and beyond. Qualified applicants will be contacted by the academic department when an opening is anticipated. Your application will remain in the pool until the posting closes on 6/30/22.
