Required Qualification + Associate's degree in Baking, Pastry, or related. Desired Qualifications + 3-5 years industry experience + Specialty pastry skills - yeast breads including sourdoughs, rye, specialty breads, and specialty diets (gluten free, allergen free, etc.) + Teaching experience + Bilingual in Spanish and English Posting Date 11/02/2021 Closing Date 06/30/2022 Expected Start Date 01/10/2022 Special Instructions Summary Applications are currently being accepted for the spring semester of 2022 and beyond.
